Reporting to the Nurse Director and Manager of Emergency Services, the Assistant Nurse Manager will lead the daily nursing operations of the unit and ensure quality patient care.
The Assistant Nurse Manager also acts as an expert clinical nurse, trains new-hires and new-grad nurses, and serves as an overall mentor within the department.
Requirements Include:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain Prior experience as a Charge Nurse in Emergency setting This area is known to provide many different activities for any clinical professional to enjoy including various museums, highly regarded wineries and restaurants, and an enjoyable four-season climate.
